A Student’s Toolkit

A geography class with maps spread all over,

your introduction to the alienated concept of boundaries and walls

Venture further,

Look at your Maths teacher busy finding their quadratic expressions-

but your English teacher is too engaged in thine and mine

that he has, no choice, but to meet at the juncture of permutation

Your handsome physics teacher with horn-rimmed specs,

once offered you an insight into vectors and scalars,

your first lesson in co-existence

Childhood was a hilarious mystery,

while boundaries taught you to respect space,

permutations strengthened your belief in love-at-differentiation
